Processing time vs. shipping time

These are two different things, and knowing the difference tells you exactly when to expect your clones.

Processing time is how long it takes us to get your order ready to ship. In most cases, your clones ship the following week after you order. Because we are working with living plants, a clone occasionally needs a few extra days to be fully rooted and healthy enough to travel — when that happens, we hold your order until it is genuinely ready rather than send a plant that is not.

Shipping time is how long your package spends in transit once it leaves us. This is usually about 2 days via UPS.

Tracking & delivery

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number. UPS.com is the best place to follow your delivery, from hand-off all the way through arrival. Any delays or schedule changes appear in UPS tracking before we would see them, so it is always the most current source of information.

UPS can occasionally run into delays, which is normal. If your package does not arrive on its scheduled delivery day, please wait until the next day before contacting us. We will not have any information beyond what is already in your tracking, and in our experience UPS almost always delivers a delayed package the very next morning.

If your order still has not arrived the day after its scheduled delivery date, please reach out through our clone replacement form and we will make it right.
