Where Is It Legal to Grow Cannabis at Home? State-by-State Guide

Cannabis home-cultivation laws vary widely from state to state — some allow any adult to grow, some limit it to registered medical patients, and a few do not permit home growing at all. This guide breaks down where ClonesUp ships and the home-grow status of each market. Tap any state for current plant limits, climate tips, and strain recommendations.

Important: Cannabis laws change frequently and vary by city and county. This page is general information, not legal advice — always verify the current rules in your specific location before growing. Compliance is the grower’s responsibility.
