1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from ClonesUp. By ordering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and that cannabis cultivation is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Legal compliance

Cannabis laws vary by state and locality. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. ClonesUp ships only to locations where adult cannabis cultivation is permitted, and you assume full responsibility for compliance once your order is delivered.

4. Products and genetics

Our clones are propagated from verified female mother plants. While we take extensive measures to ensure clean, healthy, true-to-type genetics, living plants are affected by grower conditions and care after delivery, which are outside our control.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed before an order ships.

6. Shipping and live arrival guarantee

Orders are shipped to eligible locations using the methods shown at checkout. Live plants are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, as described on that page.

7. Returns and refunds

Because we ship live plants, standard returns are not accepted. Issues with plant condition on arrival are handled through our Live Arrival Guarantee and Clone Replacement process. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClonesUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of ClonesUp and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Cancellations & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that orders may be cancelled for a full refund only within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all orders are final and non-refundable. Our healthy-arrival guarantee — under which a clone that arrives damaged is replaced at no additional cost — is described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
