Every ClonesUp order is backed by our Live Arrival Guarantee. We grow, root, and pack each clone to reach you healthy, vigorous, and ready to plant, and if something is not right when your box arrives, we make it right.

What we guarantee

• Healthy, rooted plants. Every clone ships with an established root system, set in moisture-retaining media and locked into a rigid shell that prevents crushing in transit.
• Verified, clean genetics. Our mother stock is screened regularly for HLVd and other pathogens, and every facility follows a strict integrated pest management program, so your clones arrive pest- and disease-free.
• Fast, careful shipping. Orders move via 2-day UPS service in discreet, unmarked packaging to keep time in the box, and stress on the plant, to a minimum.

If your clones arrive damaged

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any clones are dead on arrival, broken, or clearly unhealthy, take clear photos right away and submit a replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and respond within one business day.

Approved claims are replaced at no additional cost, or credited toward a future order, in accordance with this policy.

A few conditions

• Photos of the affected clones are required so our team can verify the issue.
• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery time shown on tracking.
• The guarantee covers the condition of the plants on arrival. It does not cover issues caused by grower error, improper acclimation, or care after delivery.
