The verdict
Pick Donny Burger for the loudest garlic-cheese-gas flavor and the highest raw THC (28-33%). Pick Mule Fuel for the single heaviest, most sedating body effect. Both are experienced-grower cuts. Donny Burger for flavor, Mule Fuel for pure knockout.
Growing them side by side
In the nursery these two behave like the GMO crosses they are. Donny Burger stretches early, then settles into a bushy frame with thick lateral branching. Expect it to double in height after the flip, so top it once in veg and give it a week longer than you think it needs before flowering. The garlic funk shows up in week five or six and gets loud fast, so plan your carbon filter accordingly.
Mule Fuel stays a touch shorter and stackier. The Lurch side keeps the internodes tight, which makes it a natural fit for a SCROG net or a small tent where vertical space is the limit. It drinks heavy in mid flower and likes a slightly leaner feed than Donny Burger, which can take more nitrogen through the stretch without complaint.
Yield and finish
Both finish inside nine weeks and neither is a hay maker if you rush the dry. Donny Burger tends to reward a longer cure, the cheese and gas notes separate and deepen after two or three weeks in jars. Mule Fuel is more forgiving on the cure but less forgiving on trellising, the colas get heavy enough late in flower that unsupported branches will fold.
If you are running both, keep them in separate corners of the room. They finish on the same schedule but their feed curves diverge in week four, and mixing them on one drip line means one of them is always slightly off.
