Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After that 24-hour window, your order is locked in and can no longer be cancelled or refunded — this is when we begin preparing your living plants for shipment. This 24-hour cancellation window is the full extent of our refund policy.

Our healthy-arrival guarantee

We stand behind every plant we ship and guarantee that your clones will arrive healthy and viable. In the rare event that a clone arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost — simply submit a request through our clone replacement form and we will take care of you.

Before you order

Because we ship living plants, please make sure home cultivation is legal where you live and that you are ready to care for your clones as soon as they arrive. If our refund and replacement terms do not work for your situation, we ask that you take that into consideration before placing your order.
